Frequently Asked Questions
Which copper alloys do you process?
We process all copper alloys. We supply copper alloys per customer specifications. This includes alloy 510 (phos bronze), pure copper (C101, C110) as well as beryllium copper alloys such as C17200, C17300, and C17510.
Is beryllium copper safe to handle?
Yes. Finished beryllium copper is safe to handle under normal conditions. However, machining, grinding, or polishing can produce airborne dust that requires proper safety precautions. Our facility follows strict OSHA and industry guidelines for safe beryllium handling.
Do you provide certifications?
Yes. Mill test reports (MTRs) and ISO 9001 certification are provided with every shipment.
What order sizes do you accept?
Typical minimums begin at approximately 25 pounds for light-gauge copper alloys. Larger or repeat orders can be scheduled. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer oscillate or ribbon-wound packaging?
Yes. Both oscillate and ribbon-wound packaging options are available to improve press line efficiency, minimize downtime, and protect sensitive copper surfaces during storage and shipment.
